Vulnerable is not just an album; it is a 20-track musical archive of a life reclaimed. In this ambitious concept journey, I provide a raw, first-person window into my reality as a combat veteran navigating the complex landscape of depression, anxiety, and diagnosed PTSD. This is my journey from the front lines of the mind to the path of peace.
The Vision
Following the release of Unrequited, which documented the wreckage of the heart, I felt a responsibility to turn the lens inward. While my previous work dealt with the pain of loss, Vulnerable examines the weight of survival and the daily battle for mental clarity. I’ve utilized an immersive "Vocal Architect" approach, balancing the unfiltered storytelling of my military history with rhythmic affirmations that serve as a lighthouse in the dark. Across these twenty original tracks, I document the self-healing process in real-time, proving that progress is possible even when it’s slow.
