Joshua Brett is an independent music producer, songwriter, author, and combat veteran who transforms raw human experience into immersive audio and literature. After serving in the U.S. Army and Marine Corps, Joshua turned to music therapy as a way of life, using creative expression to navigate PTSD and advocate for community mental health healing.

Today, he operates as the central creative force behind Static Mafia Music — an independent multimedia entertainment platform and publishing house built on the foundation of radical authenticity. Rather than forcing his diverse creative output into a single box, Joshua organizes his work into three distinct artistic projects under the Static Mafia Music umbrella, each serving a specific purpose in the catalog:

• Static Mafia: This project represents the raw foundation of the platform's catalog, focusing entirely on original, authentic vocal production. It delivers a gritty, "glitch-positive" audio space that prioritizes unpolished textures, record crackle, and a unique use of his vocals utilizing advanced electronic music production software. This is the frontline of Joshua's mental health advocacy, addressing combat trauma and healing through deep concept albums and companion lyric books.

• Joshua Digital: Serving as the electronic and experimental counterpart to the core catalog, this project is dedicated to the official remix iterations of the original Static Mafia tracks. It re-imagines those raw lyrics and compositions through a forward-thinking, synth-driven lens, exploring diverse electronic landscapes while maintaining the signature depth of the umbrella brand.

• JukeBrio: Inspired by his daughter, Natalie, this project shifts the focus to smooth, late-night instrumental jazz, soulful blues, and ambient soundscapes. Operating as a therapeutic vibe check, JukeBrio strips away the vocals to deliver calming, high-vibration music designed for relaxation, mental clarity, and experimental instrumentation.
