My Story & The Frequency

I’m a combat veteran, a father, and a creator originally from Lawrence, Massachusetts, now operating under the Tampa, Florida sun. I founded Static Mafia Music, LLC as a multimedia platform and publishing house because life is full of noise — and I’ve spent my life learning how to turn that heavy static into something authentic you can actually lean on.

Whether it’s through an original vocal concept album, an experimental remix project, an instrumental jazz vibe check, or a companion lyric book, my goal is to build an environment we can all connect with. My work flows where my story takes it — from the raw ache of the Blues and the pulse of Reggae to the jagged edges of Glitch-Funk. I intentionally embrace the "unfinished" feel — the lofi textures, record crackle, and faded word endings that make a human story real. I use advanced modern tools to shape the production, but the grit, the cadence, and the "Boston-accented electricity" are always 100% me.

Everything published here is a quiet stand for Mental Health Awareness — a way to show that even when things feel completely "drenched in the rain," you can still find your way back to yourself. You are not alone. Welcome to the family.

Mission & Community: A Safe Harbor

Static Mafia Music is built at the intersection of alternative hip-hop, jazz, reggae, funk, blues, and rock because art is a universal language. This platform is a dedicated community space rooted in transparency, respect, and unity. By being here, you are part of the family, and I ask that we uphold a few simple boundaries:

• Celebrate, Don’t Cannibalize: I salute and honor the musical cultures that birthed the sounds I love. I encourage deep cultural appreciation and learning, but I strictly oppose cultural appropriation for selfish gain or exclusion.

• No Gatekeeping: This space belongs to everyone. Music, literature, and art are vital community resources, and I don't tolerate attempts to restrict artistic expression to a select few.

• Respect the Individual: I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Everyone here has the absolute right to dance to their own drum — or read under the bed.

• Honest Engagement: Human emotion always comes before deceptive gimmicks. To keep this environment safe and constructive, I reserve the right to remove content or ban anyone using this platform to spread hate, misinformation, or exclusionary rhetoric.

My Process: Creative Therapy

Writing and music production are my primary languages for processing life. There is nothing new under the sun — only the unique frequency through which we perceive and re-broadcast our reality. My work is my ongoing effort to tune into that frequency.

Everything produced and published under this banner serves as my personal creative therapy. When the weight of my experiences leads to a "crash," I turn to my craft to externalize what’s inside, naturally drawing on the pop culture and musical textures that anchor my healing.

The "glitch-positive" lofi aesthetic across my projects is a deliberate choice. These imperfections reflect the fractured nature of memory and the reality of living with PTSD. I am not seeking a mainstream spotlight, trends, or fame; my presence is intentionally low-profile because my goal is genuine relief and connection, not celebrity.
