"Blinded By Her Lies" is my take on the painful, confusing haze of loving someone when you know deep down they aren't being honest with you. I wanted to build the track around a smooth, late-night R&B vibe using warm electric guitar riffs and a relaxed groove to capture that quiet, introspective space where late-night thoughts usually take over.
The story comes from a place of real internal conflict...knowing you're being misled, yet still getting pulled back in by the tiny details and short-lived sparks of affection. You see straight through the illusion, but the emotional habit keeps you locked in place.

Ultimately, I wanted the song to balance soulful instrumentation with an honest look at self-deception...that bittersweet feeling of being fully aware of the truth, but struggling to walk away anyway.
